2. Product Information & Characteristics

We specialize in high-quality, realistic artificial botanicals designed for long-lasting beauty and minimal maintenance. Our product range includes:

• Artificial Berry Stems, Branches, Flowers, and Grasses
• Artificial Christmas Trees, Garlands, and Swag
• Artificial Leaf Sprays, Pine Cones, and Succulents
• Artificial Plants, Topiaries, and Trees

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings. Product dimensions are approximate.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline it for any reason, including limitations on product availability or errors in product or pricing information.

Payment Methods: We accept the following secure payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice, though changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Methods & Timeframes:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch.

Important: These are estimated timeframes. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather, or carrier delays. We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect addresses provided.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied. Please review our policy carefully.

Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Condition Requirements: All items must be returned in their original condition – unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: To ensure quality and hygiene for all customers, the following cannot be returned:

• Assembled or decorated Artificial Christmas Trees.
• Artificial Garlands that have been hung or manipulated.
• Artificial Swag showing signs of installation.
• Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Process:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Securely package the item with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside.
3. Ship the package to the warehouse address we provide. Do not send returns to our business address.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not due to our error. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges: Processed upon receipt of the original item. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.

6. User Obligations & Responsibilities

By using our site, you agree to:
