Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in crafting realistic artificial plants and decorations, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your item, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Condition Requirements

All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Artificial Christmas Trees that have been assembled or decorated
  • Artificial Garlands that have been hung or manipulated
  • Artificial Swag that shows any signs of installation
  • Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the package to our warehouse address (provided with your RMA instructions)

Important: Please do not ship returns to our business address. All returns must be sent to our warehouse facility using the address provided with your RMA authorization. Returns sent without an RMA number may experience delays in processing.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days after we process the refund)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error.

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will process your exchange once we receive the original item
  • If the exchanged item has a higher value, you will be charged the difference
  • If the exchanged item has a lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
  • We will ship the exchanged item using your original shipping method unless otherwise requested

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of damaged or defective items.
